I am responsible for quality assurance for "Dry Vacuum Pumps ." Specifically, my duties include addressing quality non-conformities that arise in the internal manufacturing process and requesting related departments to investigate the causes and propose countermeasures. Additionally, I am also responsible for "change management" in design and manufacturing processes. Change management involves managing changes to the product and ensuring that the quality remains equivalent before and after the changes, as well as confirming that mass production preparations are in place. Furthermore, I personally prioritize communication with the people in the departments responsible for manufacturing the products. When a quality non-conformity occurs, I always make sure to verify it on-site. I hope that not only our department but the entire company will cultivate an attitude that values quality.

As the number of quality non-conformities increases in the internal processes, the workload in the manufacturing area also increases, leading to higher stress levels. That is why, if we can involve each department to prevent the occurrence of quality non-conformities, it will help reduce the burden on the site. Moreover, if we accumulate efforts to prevent such occurrences and achieve stable product supply, trust in EBARA products will also increase. These aspects provide a sense of fulfillment. Regarding skill acquisition, I have learned what is necessary as I carry out my daily tasks. What I value is clarifying my own rationale when making any judgments. Conversely, when I do not have a solid basis for my judgment, I make it a point not to decide hastily.

We would like to integrate the knowledge gained from handling quality non-conformities for each product and unify our responses. If we can achieve this unification of operations, we should be able to prevent the occurrence of quality non-conformities more efficiently, which would also help reduce the burden on the manufacturing site. For young people, this company offers a variety of products and numerous operations. While I know everyone has a specific role they hope to take on, I would love to see you challenge yourselves with a variety of other tasks as well. No matter what the assignment is, if you approach it with dedication, there is always something valuable to gain.
