EBARA Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "EBARA") has been certified for renewal as a "DX Certified Business" under the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's DX Certification System as of April 1, 2025. We were certified as a "DX Certified Business" in April 2021, and this is our second renewal following our previous certification in April 2023.

In order to further develop into an industrial machinery manufacturer that achieves sustainable global growth, EBARA has set out a DX strategy and is actively promoting DX.
Specifically, the company will accelerate the advancement of existing businesses and expansion into new areas by utilizing data and digital technologies to transform services and business models. In addition, by taking timely and appropriate action to resolve issues, we are supporting the implementation of the five key measures set out in our medium-term management plan, "E-Plan 2025."
This renewal of our certification as a "DX Certified Business" is recognition of our efforts to date.
