Work responsibilities
Develops the EBARA Maintenance Cloud and manages its development team. I developed IoT sensors that can be attached to devices to diagnose conditions based on changes in vibration trends, as well as cloud applications that can visualize the data for customers and send notifications by email when an abnormality occurs. We try to think thoroughly to create products and services that meet market needs. We feel it worthwhile to support social infrastructure by spreading good products and services.
Skill development and sharing expertise with other employees
The knowledge required for development work increases year by year with technological advances. In addition to learning these skills through work, I also take training outside of work. In my organization, we have created a database of technical information to formalize skills and expertise, and share it within our section. We regularly hold study sessions to share new technologies.
Future goals & message to young people
We would like to spread the EBARA Maintenance Cloud widely so that remote monitoring becomes common sense for pumps. On top of that, I want to create a market that wants EBARA pumps because of this remote monitoring, and I want to deliver more products to the world. Our work is not glamorous, but it is very important and we can be proud of it because it supports the foundations of people's lives around the world. Let's work together as the same EBARA employee to create a better world!
