Production Technology

I am in charge of production technology related to the processing of the "rotor" and "casing", which are the key parts of dry vacuum pumps. The work is characterized by precise processing on the order of micrometers. One of the things we are particular about the production technology is to automate our equipment. In addition to the use of automatic processing machines, we are also working on the automation of the transportation and inspection of workpieces.

The demand for traceability^* has become even higher. The data includes dimensions and the condition of the machine during processing as well as the tools used. In the introduction of equipment, we have become aware of the ability to collect and utilize condition monitoring data during machining in addition to the function of the processing itself.

I would like to promote digitalization and make it a factory where you can quickly find the information you want. I would like to be able to use AI for defect analysis. To make such a plant a reality, it is essential to collaborate with various fields of experts who have a wide range of knowledge. I would like to incorporate the skills and wisdom of various people, including young people.
