Conducting the Global Engagement Survey

Since the fiscal year 2019, we have been conducting a Global Engagement Survey for all employees of both domestic and overseas group companies to investigate how employees perceive the company and their work.

Based on the survey results, action plans to improve engagement were formulated and implemented across the entire company and within each department. As a result, positive responses from employees increased compared to the fiscal year 2019. In particular, areas such as "Sustainable Engagement" and "Management" improved due to strengthened messaging from top management. Additionally, due to prompt and effective COVID-19 safety measures, positive responses in the "Safety" category also increased. Our KPI is to achieve over 83% in the "Sustainable Engagement" category by 2030.
