Ebara has been focusing on supporting employees in balancing work and childcare through measures such as a telecommuting system, childcare leave that can be taken up until the end of March when the child reaches the sixth grade of elementary school, and reduced working hours. In the future, in order to support employees raising children regardless of gender, we will work to increase the rate of men taking childcare leave by holding seminars and introducing systems aimed at employees on childcare leave and managers.
