Social Data
Supplementary explanation regarding the wage gap between men and women
<Regular employees>
Because we have introduced a role grade system, there is no wage gap between men and women at the same grade. However, differences do occur due to the low proportion of women in core positions. We will consider and implement measures to increase the ratio of female managers.
Approximately 94% of male non-regular employees are contract employees, while approximately 50% of female employees are part-time employees, resulting in a wage gap.
Career development support for women
We categorize female employees into three levels: managerial, pre-managerial, and junior, and we are strengthening and accelerating career development support tailored to each level.
