Certified as a 2025 KENKO Investment for Health Corporation (Large Enterprise Category - White 500)
EBARA Corporation, along with 11 domestic Group companies and one affiliated organization, has been certified as a 2025 KENKO Investment for Health Corporation (Large Enterprise Category - White 500), a designation developed by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and selected by the Nippon Kenko Kaigi. The KENKO Investment for Health Corporation Certification System is a program in which the Nippon Kenko Kaigi certifies large enterprises and small to medium-sized companies that demonstrate outstanding health management practices, based on initiatives that promote health. In the Large Enterprise Category, the top 500 applicants are recognized as 'White 500' corporations.
Certified as a Sports Yell Company 2025
EBARA Corporation (including its group companies) has been certified as a "Sports Yell Company 2025" by the Japan Sports Agency.
The Japan Sports Agency certifies companies as 'Sports Yell Companies' when they actively promote employee participation in sports to improve health. This initiative aims to encourage physical activity among the working generation, who tend to lack exercise, and to foster broader social momentum around sports.
Certified as a Tokyo Sports Promotion Company
Six EBARA Group companies and one foundation* located in Tokyo have been certified as “Tokyo Sports Promotion Companies 2024” by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
This certification recognizes companies that actively promote sports activities among employees and engage in social contribution initiatives in the field of sports.

Received the highest ranking in the DBJ Health Management Rating
In 2016, EBARA Corporation received the highest rating in the "DBJ Health Management Rating" system implemented by the Development Bank of Japan Inc. (DBJ) and has received financing based on this rating. The DBJ Health Management Rating Loan Program is a unique system developed by DBJ that evaluates companies that demonstrate excellence in their efforts to care for the health of their employees and sets loan terms based on that evaluation.
