Submersible pump with grinder

・Powerful grinder (crushing) mechanism in the suction port finely crushes kitchen waste, cloth, rubber, plastic, etc. found in dirty water and pumps them out with the water.
・High head-type vortex impeller enables the product to achieve high head with small water volume, which is ideal for pumping sewage through small-diameter pipes over long distances. Moreover, there is no clogging inside the pump.
・The grinder (crushing mechanism) is made of high chromium cast iron for excellent crushing capacity and high durability.
・The grinder mechanism and vortex impeller prevent clogging in the pump as well as in the pipes and valves, making it possible to reduce the pipe diameter, which leads to energy savings for the entire system.
・Stuffing box uses SiC mechanical seals to prevent water from entering the motor.
