Exhibited at “VACUUM2025”, one of the largest vacuum technology trade shows in Japan

EBARA Corporation (hereinafter EBARA) will be exhibiting at the " VACUUM2025 " to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from December 3 to 5.
VACUUM2025, marking its 47th edition this year, is one of the largest comprehensive exhibitions of vacuum equipment and devices in Japan, featuring vacuum technology as a fundamental technology supporting a wide range of industries.
At our booth, we will be exhibiting actual dry vacuum pumps and introducing examples of their use, along with a wide range of other vacuum-related equipment such as plasma cleaners and chillers.
