EBARA Issues English Version of the EBARA Group Integrated Report 2025


EBARA Corporation has issued the English version of the EBARA Group Integrated Report 2025.

1. Background

We have been preparing an integrated report since 2015 to promote the understanding of our corporate value creation story through dialogue with stakeholders.

2. Overview

The EBARA Group Integrated Report 2025, aims to help stakeholders understand how the EBARA Group generates social and environmental value and economic value by leveraging and combining various forms of capital, rooted in the EBARA Way.

Key Highlights

- Message from the New President, Mr. Hosoda

Mr. Hosoda, who became Director, CEO & COO in March 2025, shares his vision for the EBARA Group, areas he plans to focus on during his tenure, and his commitment to enhancing corporate value.

- Cycle of Developing Core Technologies and Encouraging Business Synergy

The report outlines initiatives to create new products and services in collaboration with customers, starting from core technologies. It also introduces mechanisms for a virtuous cycle of technological evolution and showcases specific examples of synergies between business segments.

- Environment: Updated Goals Toward Carbon Neutrality

The roadmap toward achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 has been revised, and new targets regarding Scope 3 emissions and others have been announced.

- Society: Analysis of Human Capital and Corporate Value

In collaboration with the Financial Engineering & Technology Research Center of Nomura Securities Co., Ltd., we conducted a detailed analysis on the correlation between human capital indicators and corporate value drivers, ROIC, WACC, and expected growth rate, using data from approximately 700 domestic manufacturing companies, including EBARA, over the past six years. We aimed to assess the impact of non-financial capital on financial value by simulating how much improvement in our human capital indicators could influence future corporate value drivers.

- Governance: Ten Years of Reforms to the Board of Directors Based on Evaluations of Effectiveness

Since 2015, Ebara has promoted governance reforms by separating oversight and business execution. The report highlights the progress and achievements of these efforts.

3. Future plans

Ebara will continue engaging in dialogue with stakeholders, including shareholders and investors, to foster relationships of mutual trust.
