1. Background
Of the following 5 municipal drainage station cases that we received orders from Miyazaki City in the 5th year of Reiwa, we reported to Miyazaki City that the work was completed without exchanging old equipment with new products during site work during site work during site work. Also, for No. 3 to 5, operations were completed without replacing some equipment with new ones, and after the completion inspection, they were replaced with new products without obtaining permission from Miyazaki City.

3. Background
An inappropriate act was discovered through our internal investigation, and it was reported to Miyazaki City on March 13, 2025.
4. Future Response
(1) Equipment replacement work for No. 1 and No. 2 products is scheduled to be carried out in Late August 2025.
(2) We will respond appropriately in accordance with Miyazaki City's instructions. If damage is caused to Miyazaki City, the drainage station, or a third party due to improper acts in this case, we will respond sincerely.
(3) Until the No. 1 and No. 2 new product replacement work is completed, the equipment at the drainage station will be inspected once a month and reported to Miyazaki City. In addition, mobile generators will be installed at both airports, and a system will be in place where technicians can handle it 24 hours a day.
Note that due to the above measures, there is no impact on the operation of the drainage station.
