Notice of Organizational Reform and Personnel Changes


We are pleased to inform you that we have decided to restructure and transfer personnel as follows.
Issued: April 1, 2025

1. Organizational Reform

[Corporate]
<CIO (Information and Communications Officer) >
A new “data strategy unit” will be established under the jurisdiction of the
data strategy team.

[Building Service & Industrial Company]
<Planning and Management Management Department>
“Overseas Business Strategy Promotion Department” will be newly established.

<Overseas Business Management Department>
The“Overseas Business Management Department” will be abolished, and its functions will be transferred to the Planning and Management Division.

[Precision Machinery Company]
<Future Strategy Management Department>
The “IT Systems Department” will be transferred from the Management Strategy Management Department to the Future Strategy Management Department
.
The “Face-to-Face Market Strategy Planning Department” will be abolished.

<Human Resources Management Department>
The “Human Resources Management Department” will be newly established.
The Co-Creation Promotion Division will be transferred from the Management Strategy Management Division and newly established as the “Co-Creation Promotion Department.”

<Safety, Environment, and Quality Promotion Management Department>
The “Safety and Environmental Management Department” will be transferred
from directly under the company.
The “Quality Assurance Department” will be transferred from the Management Strategy Management Department.

<Technology Management Department>
The Development Department will be renamed the “
Development and Intellectual Property Department.”

<Sales Management Department>
The old equipment sales department and the old component sales department will be abolished, and the “Sales Division 1” and “Sales Division 2” will be newly established.

<Equipment Division>
The former Technical Marketing Division and the former Technical Planning Division will be integrated and reorganized to establish a new “Planning Department”.
The “Business Strategy Promotion Department” will be newly established.
