Conclusion of 2025 Spring Labor-Management Negotiations



Monthly wages and bonuses for fiscal 2025 year were concluded with the EBARA Joint Labor Union as follows.


1. Wage

(1) Monthly Salary
・In addition to the regular annual pay raise, a uniform wage improvement of ¥15,000 will be implemented.
・A wage improvement equivalent to ¥15,000 will also be applied to non-regular employees.

 

(2) Starting Salary

・An increase of ¥15,000 will be applied across all educational backgrounds.

2. Bonuses

・Based on the agreed-upon performance-based bonus calculation formula between labor and management, an average annual bonus equivalent to 9.95 months’ salary per union member will be paid for fiscal year 2025.

・A special lump-sum payment of ¥100,000 will be granted to non-regular employees such as fixed-term employees, contract employees, and part-time workers.

 

 

3. Other

The monthly wage improvement rate was 6.73% on the union member average. In addition, bonuses will continue to be at a high level as in the previous year, and on an annual membership basis, bonuses are expected to increase by 6.67% over the previous year.

In addition to discussions with the labor union regarding issues related to the current wage system and the necessity of providing information on the compensation system, the labor union agreed on the following points:


・Labor and management will engage in discussions on the ideal structure of the wage system, aiming to establish an attractive compensation framework.
・Labor and management will consider initiatives that raise awareness of productivity improvement among all employees, with the goal of creating new workstyles that anticipate a reduction in prescribed working hours.
