Notice of Organizational Reform and Personnel Changes

We are pleased to inform you that we have decided to restructure and transfer personnel as follows.

1. Structure Reform

[Corporate]

[CP Hydrogen Related Strategic Business Unit]
A new Business Management Division will be established under the control of CP Hydrogen Related Strategic Business Unit. A new Quality Management Division will be established under the
CP Hydrogen Related Strategic Business Unit. The Hydrogen Rotating Equipment Engineering Division will be newly established under the jurisdiction of the
CP Hydrogen Related Strategic Business Unit. The Mechatronics Technology Development Division will be newly established under the
CP Hydrogen Related Strategy Business Unit.

[Production Process Innovation and Quality Assurance Section]
The Next Generation Manufacturing Technology Research Division (EIX191 Project) will be transferred from the organization under the direct control of the President and renamed the Next Generation Manufacturing Technology Development Division (EIX191 Project).


The IR and Public Relations Division will be reorganized by consolidating the IR and Public Relations functions from the Group Public Relations and Finance Section. A new Investor Relations Division will be established under the control of the
IR & Public Relations Section. A new Public Relations Division will be established under the control of the

I R & Public Relations Division.
Absorbed the Finance function into the Group Accounting & Finance Division, renamed and reorganized as the Accounting & Finance Division.
Transfer of "Finance Department" and "Accounting Department" under Accounting & Finance Management.
The Tax and Business Administration Division will be transferred under the Accounting and Finance Division and renamed the Tax and Management Division.


The Business Audit Division will be newly established.
A new "Audit Division" will be established under the management audit management unit.
The Compliance Division will be newly established under the Management Audit Division.

A new Corporate Risk Management Division will be established. A new
Digital Business Promotion Division will be established.

A new Industrial Business Division and
Construction Equipment Rental Business Unit will be established.

The Technology Planning Department will be reorganized into the Technology Planning Department II.
