Ebara Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ebara") will be held at Tokyo Big Sight for three days from December 11 (Wed) ~ 13 (Fri), 2024SEMICON Japan2024opens in a new tab(hereinafter referred to as "this exhibition"). We are a Gold Sponsor of this exhibition.
This exhibition is an international exhibition of electronics manufacturing, covering manufacturing technologies, equipment, and materials in the semiconductor industry, as well as SMART applications such as cars and IoT devices. In addition to CMP equipment and component products such as dry vacuum pumps, EBARA will exhibit electrolytic plating equipment for advanced package applications and compact combustion-type exhaust gas treatment equipment, as well as panel exhibits on activities toward carbon neutrality. Additionally, Ebara employees will be speaking at the "Women in Business" session hosted by the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Working Group, which promotes women's participation in the semiconductor industry. In addition, at the exhibitor seminar stage, our staff will give an overview of PLP equipment (CMP equipment and plating equipment).

①Electrolytic plating system ZP300A for advanced package applications
The ZP300A will be unveiled for the first time with industry-leading process performance and production efficiency. Further improvements in wafer/die uniformity, compact and flexible unit configurations, and improved maintainability make it ideal for advanced package markets that require advanced process performance and productivity.
②Compact combustion exhaust gas treatment system LPCMN type
This is a compact combustion-type exhaust gas treatment system that is compatible with hydrogen fuel. The processing performance is equivalent to that of conventional models, and the equipment has been significantly reduced. It achieves high-efficiency treatment of PFC gas and low NOx, and contributes to the reduction of CO₂ emissions through hydrogen fuel treatment.
２．「 WOMEN in BUSINESS the SECOND" session
SEMI launched the DE&I Working Group in May 2023 with the aim of creating an environment where diverse human resources can play an active role. Based on the results of the "Women's Career Advancement" survey, panelists from different positions will discuss from multiple perspectives and provide specific recommendations and practical ideas on how to build an environment where women can play a more active role for the industry as a whole.
Ebara will be represented by Mr. Nohara of the Technical Planning Department, Equipment Division, Precision & Electronics Company.
