Graduated from Keio University. At HP Japan and Kao, he was involved in ERP implementation training (E&C) in Asia, planning and designing global leadership development training in Asia and Switzerland, with more than half of the members being from overseas, and new business creation projects in Europe, the US, ASEAN, and Greater China. Subsequently, through the DX promotion organization, Sony Group's global HR platform was promoted. In the current position, it promotes diversity equity & inclusion (DE&I) and ERP introduction global change management, etc.

The EBARA Group will address material ESG issues based on its long-term vision and medium-term management plan in order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and further increase its corporate value.
