Ebara Corporation was awarded a 4-star rating in the 2024 Nikkei Sustainability Comprehensive Survey Smart Work Management Edition, published by the Nihon Keizai Shimbun in November 2024.
The Nikkei Sustainability Survey, conducted by the Nihon Keizai Shimbun Inc., targets domestic listed companies and other entities. Based on the three pillars of "ability to utilize human resources," "ability to invest in human resources," and "ability to utilize technology," the ranking is given on a five-star scale to evaluate the management strategies of companies that aim to maximize corporate value by making the most of their human resources through measures such as improving employee well-being, while also promoting innovation and improving productivity through accelerating investment in human resources.
