EBARA has entered into a commitment line agreement with Mizuho Bank, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Mizuho Bank, Ltd.) for "Mizuho Human Capital Management Impact Finance " by means of a syndication method arranged by Mizuho Bank.
1. Background
"Mizuho Human Capital Management Impact Finance" is a product that is used by Mizuho Research & Technologies, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Mizuho Research & Technologies") to score visualization and disclosure and practice of human capital management of enterprises using an evaluation method developed independently by reference to guidelines for information disclosure on human capital (ISO30414, Cabinet Office Human Capital Visualization Guidelines, etc.) which are highly reliable both at home and abroad, and to provide loans when the enterprises meet or exceed a certain score. In addition, through regular monitoring and feedback by Mizuho Research & Technologies, support is also provided for the ongoing efforts of corporate human capital management.
In our long-term vision "E-Vision2030," we have set forth the "promotion of the active participation of human resources" as one of the key issues to be solved and improved toward 2030. We have set the goals of "job satisfaction" and "comfort" to promote the active participation of diverse employees, and have implemented personnel measures to enhance the engagement of all EBARA Group employees globally.
2. Summary
This time, we were highly evaluated for our disclosure of our efforts in the following areas, etc. and concluded this contract.
•Training Area:
In order to achieve the goal of becoming a globally excellent company in 2030 in E-Vision2030, we must increase the number of recipients of GCDP (Global Career Development Program) and disclose the fact that we have expanded the opportunities for all employees (non-managers) who belong to the group globally to participate in the program for two years together with the number of participants. In addition, Global Key Position The KPI of 30% or more of non-Japanese employees has been established, and the points to be promoted are explained.
•Health and Safety Area:
Using the "Health and Management Strategy Map" set independently by the company, the ideal form of health management and the measures (health investment) and the effects of the measures should be explained. In addition, a health management KPI shall be established for each item related to each measure, and the figures shall be disclosed over the years.
