Toichi Maeda, Director and Chairman of our company will be speaking at the ICGN-2024 ICGN Annual Virtual Japan Forum held on September 19th

Toichi Maeda, Director, Chairman of the Company, will be speaking at panel session 2 of the ICGN-2024 ICGN Annual Virtual Japan Forum, an event hosted by ICGN*.


In recent years, as the Financial Services Agency and the Tokyo Stock Exchange have been working to strengthen corporate governance, investors around the world have been gaining more confidence in Japanese companies. The event will feature a panel session on efforts to encourage constructive dialogue between companies and investors in pursuit of long-term corporate value creation, as well as the effective role of independent outside directors on boards of directors and nomination committees. In Panel Session 2, Maeda will be speaking with other panelists to discuss the independence of outside directors and nomination committees.
