Ebara Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Ebara") has added two new pages to its "Ebara “monozukuri” (manufacturing)" website, which introduces the human resources supporting the Ebara Group's core technologies, including a new global human resources development program and two interview article pages focusing on "casting technology" and "thermal spraying technology."

This content shares various opinions from employees working on the front lines in areas such as development and manufacturing. This time, we will introduce EMTAC, the base that supports manufacturing for the entire Ebara Group. * We also introduce our work with overseas trainees from Indonesia and Vietnam who came to Japan through our global human resources development program. Through activities that transcend national and language boundaries to improve the highly specialized techniques of "casting" and "thermal spraying" that are indispensable in the manufacture of pumps and other products, we are conveying a glimpse of the strength of EBARA Group's manufacturing and the strength of its passion.
