The VACUUM2024 Vacuum Exhibition, which is now in its 46th year, is a comprehensive exhibition of vacuum equipment and vacuum equipment, which are basic technologies that support various industries. At our booth, we will be exhibiting Ebara's dry vacuum pumps and peripheral equipment that can be used in a wide range of applications, from semiconductor manufacturing processes to laboratory and university experimental applications. Also, during the exhibition, in addition to a cleanness measurement demonstration using a dry vacuum pump, there will be live presentations on the centralized monitoring system “EBANET3,” which supports energy saving, and a plasma cleaning system that improves the durability of dry vacuum pumps.
