On Monday, September 9, DE&I, Head of I Promotion Department, reached the stage at HR×Sustainability Forum


Irie, General Manager of Diversity Equity & Inclusion Promotion Department of EBARA Corporation, will be present at the panel discussion of the HR×Sustainability Forum, an online seminar sponsored by JBpress/Japan Innovation Review. On the day of the meeting, we plan to discuss "HRDX for realizing sustainable corporate growth - Strategic HR for finding new possibilities for employees" with other circles.

Graduated from Keio University. HP Japan and Kao are engaged in the planning of global leadership development training, which consists of more than half of overseas members in Asia and Switzerland, and in new business creation projects in Europe, the United States, and ASEAN China. Subsequently, through the DX promotion organization, Sony Group's global HR platform was promoted. In the current position, it promotes diversity equity & inclusion (DE&I) and ERP introduction global change management, etc.

The EBARA Group will address material ESG issues based on its long-term vision and medium-term management plan in order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and further increase its corporate value.
