Hayward Gordon ULC (hereinafter referred to as "HGULC"), EBARA Pumps Canada Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "EPCC"), and Scott Turbon Mixer, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "STM"), which are Group companies of Ebara Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "EBARA"), have merged and changed their names to new ones.
We established EBARA HG ULC through the merger of HGULC, which operates industrial pumps and mixers, and EPCC, which operates standard pumps. In addition, STMs that operate sanitary mixers have been renamed EBARA Mixers Inc..
