EBARA Corporation (hereinafter referred to as EBARA) will hold an assist suit joint business trip experience meeting with the Assist Suit Association.
Ebara and the Assist Suit Association hold a joint on-site Assist Suit experience event

1. Background
Amid a society with a declining birthrate and an aging population, in particular in the construction and manufacturing industries, there are concerns that the population decline in the future will exacerbate the shortage of players. In order to ensure the sustainability of the industry even as the number of workers decreases, it is necessary to create an environment where a diverse range of people, including not only current employees but also women and the elderly, can work safely. In the basic policy of E-Plan2025 medium-term management plan, EBARA is promoting "Further Promotion of Diversity and Inclusion" and is promoting initiatives that enable various employees to resolve social issues through their businesses.
2. Overview
An assist suit is a product worn by a person to reduce the body load in each operation such as lifting and lifting of heavy objects. Unlike mechanization and automation through equipment, it makes it easier for humans to make decisions, make precise movements, and respond to on-site conditions. Currently, many kinds of products are on the market, but we want to lead to the creation of a better working environment for everyone in each industry through this hands-on meeting by listening to many voices, such as not knowing the products that meet our company's challenges or wanting to listen directly to the manufacturer's stories.
