EBARA Group Joint Induction Ceremony for 2024 to be held
~Held face-to-face for the first time in four years, with 161 new members joining the group~

Ebara Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Ebara") held the Ebara Group Joint Induction Ceremony on Monday, April 1, 2024.
While the event has been held online in recent years to prevent the spread of COVID-19, this year it was held in person for the first time in four years.
In addition, while in the past each company in the group held its own induction ceremony, this was the first time that the group held a joint in-person induction ceremony, with approximately 150 people* attending the venue. On the day, the venue was filled with a fresh atmosphere, with many of the new employees looking nervous and smiling enthusiastically during breaks.

At the venue, the participants wore matching T-shirts made especially for the day, and at the end of the ceremony they had the opportunity to communicate with the executives of their assigned departments and took a group photo, all in a joint effort to welcome the new members of the EBARA Group.

In the future, the new recruits will undergo group training at each group company and then begin work at their assigned locations.
