Certified as an Excellent Health and Productivity Management Corporation 2024 (Large Corporate Division (White 500))


Ebara Corporation and 13 domestic Group companies were certified as "2024 Health & Productivity Management Excellence Corporation (Large Corporate Division (White 500))" which was designed by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and selected by the Japan Health Council.

The Health and Productivity Management Excellence Corporation Certification System is a system under which the Japan Health Council accredits large enterprises and SMEs that practice excellent health management, in particular, based on health promotion initiatives promoted by the Japan Health Council. Among the 3520 companies applying to the large-scale corporate sector, the top 500 companies are certified as White 500.

With our long-term vision of "E-Vision2030", we aim to contribute to society sustainably through the development of work environments in which diverse employees can work with a sense of job satisfaction and business growth. 2. EBARA Group Health Management Overview The EBARA Group formulated the EBARA Group Health Management Declaration in November 2020. To ensure that all employees are healthy both physically and mentally, we have created a health and safety plan to promote health management, and are implementing the PDCA cycle. With the EBARA Group's safety and health activities in each workplace This is reported to the Central Safety and Health Committee, which deliberates and makes it useful for continuous improvement across the company.
