At Japan HP and Kao, he was involved in the planning of EPR introduction education (E&C) in Asia, Switzerland, etc., and global leadership development training consisting of more than half of the overseas members, and new business creation projects in Europe, the United States, ASEAN, and Greater China. Subsequently, through the DX promotion organization, Sony Group's global HR platform was promoted. In the current position, Diversity Equity & amp; amp; Inclusion (DE & amp; amp; I) and Global Change Management with ERP, etc. are promoted.

The EBARA Group will address material ESG issues based on its long-term vision and medium-term management plan in order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and further increase its corporate value.
