Received the Medal with Blue Ribbon at the Autumn 2023 Medal

Fellow at EBARA Corporation (hereafter referred to as EBARA) *1 and former president of the Semiconductor manufacturing Association of Japan (SEAJ) However, we are pleased to announce that he has been awarded the Blue Ribbon Medal in the autumn 2023 awards.

The Blue Ribbon Medal that he received this time is a type of Japanese medal that is awarded to those who have contributed to the public interest through many years of hard work, especially in fields such as industrial promotion, education, and medical care.

This award is in recognition of the following achievements:

  • Contributions to the development of the industry
  • Contributions to the development of the company's business (contributions to the launch and development of the CMP business)
  • For his contributions to the development of the semiconductor industry as chairman of the Semiconductor manufacturing Equipment Association of Japan (SEAJ)
