Ebara Environmental Plant Co., Ltd., a group company of Ebara Corporation, received an order from Misawa City (Aomori Prefecture) in 2019 for the "Misawa City Waste Incineration Facility Development and Operation Project." The company successfully completed construction work on the facility in August 2023 and began operating the facility as the Misawa City Cleaning Center for 20 years in September of the same year.
