With the aim of attracting diverse human resources and recruiting challengers, we have newly established a specialized job called "Ambassador". Using our proprietary people analytics AI, we have identified the state of business from big data and designed the jobs needed for the future from scratch in a data-driven manner. Incorporating ambassadors who can design spaces with psychological safety into interviews and onboarding not only gave candidates a sense of well-being compared to traditional meetings, but also led to company branding. It was highly evaluated as an excellent initiative that contributes to the acquisition and promotion of diverse human resources by defining new jobs and utilizing data.
2. Future Developments
We will analyze the behavioral characteristics of ambassadors and applicants to further improve the performance of people analytics AI. And with a data-science-based recruitment funnel, we're committed to creating an innovative organization by incorporating psychological safety into every step of the application, interview, and post-onboarding process. We will continue to aim to make new discoveries and create businesses through data-driven management.
