EBARA PRECISION MACHINERY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. (Head office: Penang, Malaysia; hereinafter referred to as EPMM), a group company of Ebara Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Ebara), held an opening ceremony for its office and factory on June 13th. The ceremony was attended by a total of 80 people from within and outside the company, including Penang State Governor Chow Kon Yeow, who served as the guest of honor. Also attending from Japan was Tetsuji Togawa, Executive Officer and President of the Precision Machinery Company, who delivered a congratulatory speech.
Precision machinery company's Malaysian subsidiary begins full-scale operations

2-1 Overview
In recent years, Malaysia has seen active new and expansion investment in the field of electrical and electronic components, including semiconductors, primarily in the state of Penang. EPMM was newly established as a base for the precision machinery and electronics company and will provide sales and support. Going forward, we will provide comprehensive services from a market-oriented perspective in locations close to our customers, and will also strengthen our supply chain throughout Southeast Asia, with a focus on Malaysia.
