ISO 30414 consulting contract signed with HC Produce


Ebara Corporation (hereinafter: Ebara) has signed a consulting contract with HC Produce Co., Ltd.opens in a new tab (hereinafter: HC Produce) to promote the use of "ISO 30414*".

1. Background

In order to realize the corporate culture set out in our long-term vision "E-Vision 2030" where "diverse talent can thrive while feeling motivated and comfortable at work," we are working to strengthen our data-driven human capital management.

2-1 Overview

Amid the increasing importance of human capital management, we have entered into an advisory contract with HC Produce to disseminate our human capital management utilizing ISO 30414 in the data-driven management we are promoting, as well as our information disclosure strategies and formulation both inside and outside the company. As of June 1, 2023, HC Produce is the only ISO 30414 audit and certification body in Japan.
In addition, Mitsuru Misumi, Director of Data Strategy & Analysis on our Data Strategy Team, has been certified as a Lead Consultant/Assessor for ISO 30414.

3. Future developments

In order to promote the establishment and understanding of the human capital management that we are promoting, we will increase the number of ISO 30414 lead consultants/assessors within the EBARA Group and provide consulting services both inside and outside the company. At the same time, we aim to obtain ISO 30414 certification as a company, and will use our proprietary people analytics AI to create added value unique to our company in ISO 30414, in cooperation with the activities of our task diversity and ambassador system.

The EBARA Group will address key ESG issues based on its long-term vision and medium-term management plan, aiming to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and further increase its corporate value.
