Conclusion of 2023 Spring Labor-Management Negotiations


The following agreement has been reached with the Ebara Joint Labor Union regarding monthly wages and bonuses for fiscal year 2023.

1. Monthly wage

A uniform 10,000 yen will be added to the basic salary of all union members in addition to regular salary increases.
A uniform 10,000 yen will also be added to the current starting salary.
A uniform 10,000 yen equivalent will be added to non-regular employees.

2. Annual bonus

Based on the performance-linked bonus fund calculation formula agreed upon by labor and management, the company will pay a flat-rate bonus of 8.0 months plus 310,000 yen for the summer and winter of 2023.

The flat-rate monthly wage improvement of 10,000 yen is a base increase, and when combined with the regular salary increase, the wage improvement rate is 5.4% on a basic salary basis (5.2% on a standard wage basis). Bonuses will also remain at a high level in 2022, and on a member annual salary basis, bonuses are expected to be 123.4% in 2023, assuming 2019 as 100%.
