1. Background
In our long-term vision "E-Vision 2030," we aim to promote the development of a workplace environment where diverse employees can feel a sense of job satisfaction and play an active role, and to contribute to society in a sustainable manner through business growth.
2. Overview of EBARA Group Health and Productivity Management
In November 2020, we formulated the EBARA Group Health Management Declaration. In order to ensure that each and every employee is physically and mentally healthy, we have created a safety and health plan to promote health and productivity management and operate the PDCA cycle. The safety and health plan for each business site is deliberated by the Central Safety and Health Committee, which promotes safety and health activities throughout the EBARA Group, and then reported to the Sustainability Committee, where we are working to continuously improve it throughout the company.
As part of our health management initiatives, we are implementing the following measures.
・Collaboration health with the Ebara Health and Health Association
・Cultural and sports activities to promote employee health and communication
・Improvement of health literacy by browsing the results of health checkups on the web
・Health promotion and prevention of lifestyle-related diseases through lifestyle improvement programs
・Mental health measures (lectures for managers and all employees, establishment of online consultation desks)
Going forward, we will continue to prioritize health and safety, including the realization of work-life balance among employees and the promotion of mental health, and promote the creation of safe, secure, and comfortable workplaces where individual employees can fully demonstrate their abilities.
EBARA Group aims to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and further enhance its corporate value by addressing key ESG issues based on its long-term vision and medium-term management plan.
