EBARA Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "EBARA") was selected as the second place in the Corporate Governance Index (JCGIndex Survey) conducted by the Japan Institute for Corporate Governance (JCGR).
The JCGIndex Survey is a survey on corporate governance conducted by JCGR, which conducts surveys, research, and educational activities with the aim of developing a liberal economy through the improvement of corporate governance, targeting companies listed on the Prime Stock Exchange of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The award is evaluated in four areas: corporate goals and management leadership, corporate governance system, chief executive officer management structure, and communication and transparency with shareholders.
In its long-term vision "E-Vision 2030," EBARA aims to implement advanced ESG management toward the realization of a sustainable society. Going forward, we will continue to enhance the effectiveness of the Board of Directors and strive to strengthen governance.
