Obtained "Work-Life Balance Plus Step 3 (Advanced Initiative Company)" certification from Sapporo City, Hokkaido

1. Background
In order to support "balancing work and child-rearing," Sapporo City has been implementing a work-life balance promotion project since 2008, certifying companies that actively work on work-life balance according to its own criteria, and providing support such as subsidies and dispatching promotion advisors.
In recent years, with the enactment of the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, a law promoting women's participation in the workplace, there is an even greater demand for the realization of work-life balance and the creation of an environment in which both men and women can play active roles and work in their own way. In light of this situation, Sapporo City has established a new corporate certification system called "Work-Life Balance Plus," which adds an element of promoting women's participation in the workforce to the existing work-life balance certification system.
2-1 Overview
EBARA, which supports the spirit of this system, was recognized for its efforts that exceed the required certification requirements※1 and received the highest level of certification, "Step 3 (Leading Initiative Company)."
