SEMICON Japan is the only international exhibition covering the electronics manufacturing supply chain, covering everything from manufacturing technologies, equipment, and materials in the semiconductor industry to smart applications such as cars and IoT devices. This year, we will be exhibiting two new models of semiconductor chillers that comply with environmental regulations and laws, as well as a panel exhibit introducing our environmentally friendly product development and environmental initiatives, including energy conservation, non-chemical processing that reduces the environmental impact of waste liquid processing, and products that contribute to preventing global warming.
