Ebara Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Ebara") opened a carbon neutral page on its website on December 1st.
Ebara Group Carbon Neutrality

Our company has set out contributing to the creation of a sustainable society and thorough environmental management as five important issues (materiality) in "E-Vision2030." Aiming to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, we are taking on the challenge of building a decarbonized society, a global issue.
In Japan, all of our business sites use electricity generated from waste, which has low CO2 emissions, provided by Ebara Environmental Plant, a group company. We will continue to promote the introduction of renewable energy sources such as solar power generation. We will also provide various technologies, products, and services that contribute to a decarbonized society, such as energy-saving products, exhaust gas treatment equipment, and product development that contributes to the realization of a hydrogen society.

The Carbon Neutral website will provide information on the Ebara Group's carbon neutral initiatives.

By addressing key ESG issues based on our long-term vision and medium-term management plan, the Ebara Group aims to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and further improve our corporate value.
