Ebara Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Ebara) was certified as 4.5 stars in the "6th Nikkei Smart Work Management Survey" released by Nihon Keizai Shimbun on November 4, 2022.
Smart Work Management Survey has been conducted by Nihon Keizai Shimbun since 2017, targeting listed companies and leading unlisted companies nationwide. The company's efforts to maximize organizational performance through the three elements of its ability to utilize human resources, innovative power, and market development power are defined as "smart work management" and evaluated on a five-star scale.
By element, the company's ability to utilize human resources and innovative power were rated as "S+" among the top groups, and its ability to develop markets was also rated as "S." Enhancing diversity, diverse and flexible working styles, enhancing employee engagement, and promoting innovation.
The EBARA Group aims to achieve sustainable development goals (SDGs) and further enhance corporate value by addressing ESG's key issues based on its long-term vision and medium-term management plan.
