Established a base in Kenya


EBARA Pumps Europe SpA, a group company of Ebara Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Ebara"). (hereinafter referred to as EPE) established EBARA Pumps East Africa (hereinafter referred to as EPEA) in Kenya as a branch office to sell pumps and irrigation equipment in the East African region, and began operations on July 28th.

2-1 Overview

In its global market strategy under its medium-term management plan "E-Plan 2022," EBARA aims to develop new markets and expand its sales bases. With the establishment of EPEA, we will expand the coverage of our standard pump business in the East African region.
In addition, we will also work to support the development of agriculture using solar irrigation equipment, in order to realize a society without water or food shortages, as stated in our long-term vision, "E-Vision 2030."

3. Future developments

Our goal is to provide water to 600 million people around the world, and we will continue to allocate investments and resources to areas where we expect continued growth. Through these activities, we will contribute to the realization of a society without water or food shortages, as outlined in our long-term vision, "E-Vision 2030."
