1. Background
In order to realize the ideal form of the long-term vision "E-Vision2030" for the next decade, EBARA has identified the promotion of the active participation of human resources as one of its key issues. As part of this effort, we have launched the Almney Community to build a network with former employees who retired from us since 2021.
