Conclusion of 2023 Spring Labor-Management Negotiations


The following agreement has been reached with the Ebara Labor Union regarding monthly wages and lump-sum payments for fiscal year 2022.

1. Monthly wage

We will begin labor-management discussions on creating a system for implementing sustainable wage revisions while reflecting external factors such as recent price increases and public standards.

2. Annual lump sum

Based on the formula for calculating performance-linked bonus funds agreed upon by labor and management, the company will pay a flat bonus of 7.5 months plus 260,000 yen for the summer and winter of 2022. In addition, in consideration of recent price increases and ongoing COVID-19 countermeasures, an additional 20,000 yen will be paid to each person.
