Received the Excellent Construction Award from Kyoto Prefecture

1. Background
The heavy rains of August 2014, said to be the heaviest rainfall ever recorded in Fukuchiyama City, Kyoto Prefecture, caused flooding to more than 3,000 homes in low-lying areas of the city. Later, the Kobogawa Drainage Pumping Station (hereafter referred to as the "Pumping Station") was constructed as part of a flood control project implemented jointly by the national government, Kyoto Prefecture, and Fukuchiyama City.
2-1 Overview
Ebara solves a wide range of issues related to drainage facilities and water supply and sewerage systems through comprehensive engineering, including proposal, design, procurement, manufacturing, mechanical equipment construction, and after-sales service for pumping equipment that transports water.
