The North Chiba Channel is a 28.5 km long water conduit facility connecting the Tone River and the Edogawa River, and plays a role in preventing river flooding due to heavy rain, supplying drinking water to Tokyo, Chiba, and Saitama prefectures, and improving the water quality of Teganuma.
You can safely and securely visit the Kita-Chiba Water Guide Visitor Center, which is attached to Kita-Chiba Airport 2, which is one of the water transfer facilities, with a VR tour through a computer, smartphone, etc., online. Not to mention people from far away who haven't been able to visit the visitor center until now, everyone can enjoy a tour of the facility anytime, anywhere.
In the underground area of Kita-Chiba Airport 2, which is introduced in the VR tour, you can see large pumps from EBARA with calibers of 2000 mm and 1500 mm.
