Exhibited at VACUUM2021 Vacuum Exhibition

EBARA will exhibit at Japan's largest vacuum-technology exhibition, VACUUM2021. Vacuum technology is a fundamental technology that supports a wide range of industries, including semiconductors, flat panel displays (FPDs), energy, medical care, automobiles, and food. At the same time, it plays an important role in basic scientific research such as particle physics and space development.
Together with our exhibition of dry vacuum pumps and exhaust gas treatment equipment, we will also exhibit about next-generation transportation methods called hyperloops, which are attracting attention worldwide, as an introduction to vacuum technology. We look forward to your visit.
