Certified as 4.5 stars in the 6th Nikkei Smart Work Management Survey
The Nikkei Smart Work Management Survey has been conducted by the Nihon Keizai Shimbun Inc. since 2017, covering listed companies and major unlisted companies nationwide. "Smart Work Management" is defined as an initiative that maximizes organizational performance through the three elements of a company's "human resource utilization capabilities," "innovation capabilities," and "market development capabilities," and is rated on a five-star scale.
By element, the company received an "S" rating, which is in the upper group, for human resource utilization and market development capabilities, and was given the top "S++" rating especially for innovation capabilities. The company was recognized for not only developing its own technology, but also for going beyond the boundaries of its existing business, including investing in venture capital (VC) funds.
