Basic agreement reached on "Initiatives to develop new drainage pumps" for technical research publicly solicited by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism

Ebara Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Ebara) held a signing ceremony on April 19th at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (hereinafter referred to as MLIT) to conclude the "Basic Agreement on the Joint Implementation of Demonstration Tests of Mass-Product Type Drainage Pumps."

2-1 Overview

The joint demonstration test of mass-produced drainage pumps is being carried out mainly by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, two pump manufacturers, and three engine manufacturers. It is expected that the joint implementation will generate and discuss many ideas that will lead to better technologies and products. Through this initiative, EBARA will contribute to the realization of new drainage pump equipment that utilizes mass products.
