In order to promote the development of the next generation of human resources, Ebara Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Ebara) has launched a full-time dispatch program to startup companies through the "Real Tech Global Fund" in which the company has invested.
Launch of full-time placement program at startup companies to develop next-generation talent

1. Background and Objectives
In its long-term vision, "E-Vision 2030," EBARA aims to recognize social issues based on future global prospects, create new businesses from a global market-in perspective, and contribute to a sustainable society. In addition, in order to foster a competitive and challenging corporate culture, we aim to develop the next generation of intrapreneurs* and management talent who will lead EBARA in the future by dispatching personnel to companies in which we have invested.
2-1 Overview
Through the full-time placement program, participants will gain experience in everything from identifying issues and identifying technologies to exploring the seeds of new businesses, to developing and executing businesses that utilize Ebara Group technologies. It is expected that these people will become leaders in Ebara's new businesses in the future. At the same time, the aim is for them to gain exposure to diverse cultures and values by working in different environments, leading to the creation of innovative business ideas.
Sho Kosaka of our Marketing Division, Next Generation Business Development Promotion Department, has been participating in a full-time dispatch program since January 2021 at the Real Tech Global Fund, an investment fund in which we invest and develop deep tech ventures in Southeast Asia.
3. Future developments
We will continue to contribute to a sustainable society by creating new businesses that utilize our technologies to solve global issues and by strengthening the development of the next generation of human resources through programs such as dispatching employees to startup companies.
EBARA Group aims to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and further enhance its corporate value by addressing key ESG issues based on its long-term vision and medium-term management plan.
