Mr. Kowase, Executive Officer of EBARA Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "EBARA"), will take the stage at the online seminar "Success and Failure Patterns of Digital Transformation from the Perspective of the Corporate Maturity Model: Health Check Your Company with DX Maturity Diagnosis" hosted by SAP Concur to introduce the status of our digital transformation (hereinafter referred to as "DX") initiatives and the direction we are aiming for.

Ebara's basic policy for its medium-term management plan, E-Plan 2022, is to "improve management and business infrastructure."
